A business forum was held at the Economic Ministers of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States (CCTS) meeting.
In his speech at the opening of the business forum dedicated to restoring the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, Minister of Economic Mikayil Jabbarov said that economic relations with Turkic-speaking countries based on shared interests are expanding year by year on a qualitatively new level. Successful trade and investment cooperation are carried out with the CCTS member states. the CCTS member states contributed 13.5 billion to the Azerbaijani economy from 1995 to 3 months of 2021. Azerbaijan has invested $ 18.6 billion in member states' economies.
Matanat A stands out in Building Materials for supporting the development of the Green Economy in Azerbaijan and paying particular attention to this area in production technologies. Elkhan Bashirov, the Azerbaijan Building Materials Association chairman and the founder of Matanat A, participated in the business forum. It is worth noting that Matanat A plans to build a plant to produce construction materials in the liberated territories to contribute to the employment and economy of the Azerbaijani people.
During the event, a presentation was made on the work to be done to restore and reconstruct Karabakh.
Then, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) and the GazTrade Trade Policy Development Center of Kazakhstan. The document covers the exchange of experience in organizing and stimulating foreign trade.
The forum continued with bilateral meetings.
