30 years have passed since the January 20 tragedy.
Azerbaijani people highly appreciate the dedication of their heroes and annually honour their memory in deep sorrow on January 20. The crime committed against Azerbaijani people on the night of January 19th to 20th, 1990, bloodshed, brutal murder of people could not break the determination of Azerbaijani people in the struggle for the independence. That night, Azerbaijani people showed the whole world their invincibility, devotion to Motherland, land, and determination to fight for the freedom.
As every year, the memory of the victims of the January 20 tragedy was honoured this year by Azerbaijanis of our country, as well by Azerbaijanis from all over the world. "Matanat A" company also took part in the ceremony of commemoration of the victims of this tragedy. Management and staff of the company visited the monument to the January 20 martyrs and honoured the memory of our martyrs.
